Welcome To Our Blog

Well, I decided to join the blogging nation and try this out. We have so many loved ones far and near, that I thought this would be a great way to keep them tuned into what we are doing in our lives. We are all settled into the new area and looking forward to summer and all that our community has to offer. We are really liking Saratoga Springs, although I do miss my family that we left behind in Colorado. My parents moved to Colorado Springs 5 years ago to be closer to us and now we abandoned them there. That's okay though because they both retired and are hitting the road in their motor home so I am sure we will see them as much as we would have in Colorado. We also left Devin and Preston in Keystone, they are both living and working at the ski resort. Sheldon's job transferred us here in December. For me it was a move home but for him, it was a state farther from the east coast where his family calls home. We hope to get out there this summer..it's been way too long since our last visit. We enjoyed a visit from Sheldon's parents in April and were sad to see them go.
